Rob is the founder of the PEiPL network and a director of PEiPL Limited. He is also a professor of philosophy at the University of Western Australia in Perth, having taught over the past 25 years at La Trobe University in Melbourne (2017-2019) and in North America at the University of Alberta (2000–2017), the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (1996–2001), and Queen’s University (1992–1996). His recent work on philosophy for children and with Alberta’s eugenics survivors in building the EugenicsArchive.ca leave him wondering what lots of philosophers in Australasia together with the communities they serve might do to get closer to the best of all possible worlds.
